National Pediatric Surgery Day Celebrated at KIMS–Kingsway Hospital

The Department of Pediatric Surgery, KIMS–Kingsway Hospital successfully celebrated National Pediatric Surgery Day on Monday, 29th December 2025, at Parwana Bhawan, Nagpur. The academic program witnessed enthusiastic participation and was attended by 19 eminent pediatric surgeons from across the city, making it a significant professional gathering.
The highlight of the event was an engaging clinical case discussion of a complex case involving a 3-year-old child with multiple congenital anatomical anomalies. The case stimulated in-depth deliberations, focusing on diagnostic challenges, treatment dilemmas, and critical decision-making in pediatric surgical practice, rather than presenting a fully resolved outcome. This approach encouraged active interaction, exchange of perspectives, and sharing of collective expertise among the attending surgeons.
